Melanie takes the time to explain coverage in plain English so I truly understand what I’m paying for and what’s protected. She’s helped me with my auto and home insurance, and has given me great guidance on life and other coverage options without ever making me feel pressured. What really stands out is how responsive the office is. Whether I call, text, or email, someone gets back to me quickly and actually solves the problem. When I’ve had changes, emergencies, or just needed advice, Melanie’s team has been right there, calm and on top of everything. That kind of peace of mind is priceless. On top of that, Melanie is very involved in the local community, which makes me feel even better about doing business with her. It’s clear she truly cares about her customers and our area.
